Lauren (Lehigh) Dickey, Eva Pett and Morgan Miller move on to the next stage in LPGA Q-Series with their performances in Pre-Qualifying

Three golfers with significant Colorado connections took step 1 in a potential three-step process in their attempt to earn a coveted LPGA Tour card for 2027.
Lauren (Lehigh) Dickey, a former two-time state high school champion from Loveland, former Denver-area resident Eva Pett and former University of Colorado golfer Morgan Miller finished high enough on Friday in separate LPGA Pre-Qualifying tournaments to advance to stage 2 of Q-Series.
Dickey finished 26th in Indian Wells, Calif., where the top 40 and ties will move on. The former U.S. Women’s Amateur quarterfinalist posted rounds of 73-71-70 for a 2-under-par total.
Pett, who grew up in Denver and helped lead Colorado Academy to the 3A state high school team title in 2019, placed 21st in Daytona Beach, Fla., where the top 34 players and ties advance. The former University of San Francisco golfer went 71-72-72 to check in at 1 under par overall.
Miller finished 22nd in Sugar Land, Texas, sandwiching a 77 in between two 70s to post a 1-over-par final tally. Miller advanced on the number as the top 25 competitors and ties punched their tickets to the next stage.
That next stage in what is known as the LPGA Q-Series is scheduled for Oct. 13-16 in Venice, Fla. The final stage is set for Nov. 19-23 in Mobile, Ala., where 2027 LPGA Tour cards will be handed out.
